T499 samsung Dart successfully unlock....for free ...see inside

Procedure:

-go to settings--> development-->check USB debugging
-use Samsung tool v11.3
-use micro usb cable(5310 cable) then install drivers
-press read info
-then press unlock button
-input the calculated code to the phone
